We value music and consider it to be central to Christian worship. We seek to be a community where God’s people can experience God’s presence through music and song. Our hope is to offer a variety of music to help worshipers learn and grow in their faith.
Share Your Musical Gifts!
Praising the Lord with music is an integral part of worship at First Lutheran (FLC). All are welcome to share their musical gifts and participate in music ministry. Vocalists can serve as worship assistant/cantor for worship services, sing in ensemble groups or choir, or provide a gift of music. Instrumental musicians may play with the praise band, or provide gifts of music at worship or special events.
Followers of Christ Children's Choir
All youth in Kindergarten through Grade 5 are invited to sing with this group. Parents are asked to register for this singing opportunity by contacting Becky Nelson or the church office at 320-632-6667.
Praise Worship Teams
Team members lead worship at the 10:30 a.m. contemporary worship service during the school year with instrumentalists and vocalists. The alternating team members lead the congregation in music and song.

The Grace Notes Choir is FLC's adult choir and rehearses Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. following evening worship during Advent/Christmas and Lent/Easter. All who are high school age and up are welcome to sing with this group. The choir sings a variety of music in the Lutheran choral tradition.
